Mollie and Jesse's initial vision for their maternity session included an open field filled with snow. As mother nature is unpredictable, especially in Minnesota, we decided to pivot due to the frigid temperatures and lack of snow.


The result? A moody, sexy maternity session in the studio.

After about 30 minutes, we did a quick outfit change to add some variety to Mollie's gallery. That's one of the perks of an indoor maternity session during the winter months in Minnesota - outfit changes are a breeze.

After the outfit change, we shot for another 20 minutes or so, and felt great about the photos we had captured, so we wrapped up the session.


Mollie and Jesse loved the studio so much that they decided to move their newborn session there!


Can't wait to capture this sweet family again upon the arrival of their baby girl in February!
